A Little Hiatus to Cure an Ankle

I've been MIA and it's because I have not been running. I twisted my ankle two weeks ago and then retwisted it last week. Since then, I've run twice and both runs have been painful. I went to the orthopedist and he determined it was just a sprain and ordered me to run with an ankle brace. But running with the brace is too uncomfortable. So, I took 3 days off running. I bailed on an 18 miler, an 11 miler and a 10. I feel so out of the training program. I just want to run!

Today I'll test the foot. I'm scared. Will it hurt?
