Finished 2010 with an Awesome Run

The day was hot.  The legs were tired.  But I had a very nice 7 miler to end the year at 1948.43 miles.  Considering my goal for 2010 was 1700, I did pretty well.

After the run, I also finished The Shred Level 1.  It's an easy workout, although I made it a little tougher by adding more weights this time.

For 2011, I plan on running 2100 miles, do 2 marathon, several half marathons, and tons of other races.  Bring on 2011!
