This Week is Full of Tough Runs

Runs while I'm tired, runs in the rain, and today, a run with a headwind.  Sheesh, I need a break.

My chiro is very happy with my progress.  Today, I did yoga and at some point in time I was able to touch my toes.  That's huge for me.

Anyway, today I did 6.25 miles with a headwind, 30 minutes of the Shred-It Level 2 workout, and 20 minutes of yoga, followed by 53 pushups and 51 situps.

And I was not feeling well earlier!
