A Tired 6 Miler

Ugh, what a day.  Legs are tired, I'm tired, I did not even want to run.  It was a good run, though, and at a good pace, but I was tired.  After all, I ran 28 miles during the weekend and an MP run last night.  They deserve some TLC.

I also finished 30 minutes of Pilates.

I'm ready for my marathon.  Bring it on!
